During the first cold stretch and 3 days before Christmas my 10 yr old furnace died. For hundreds less than several competitors, Ronier was able to source a unit 5 minutes before the supply house closed; the Saturday before Christmas. He and his worker arrived at Noon and done and cleaned up by 4. He even came back to install the Nest stat he gave us as a gift
